About you: your W-9 taxpayer number and your bank or PayPal details are stored encrypted. Your dashboard shows only their last four digits or a masked address, and only the Offerrole staff who send payouts can see the full details — each time they do, it is recorded. We e-mail you whenever your payout details change.

Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
