Refunds. If an applicant's payment is refunded, your share of it comes off in the same proportion: a full refund removes it, a half refund halves it. The line shows Refunded when nothing is left of it.
Chargebacks. While a chargeback on a payment is open, your share of it is On hold and can't be paid. If the chargeback is lost or accepted, the share is removed; if it is won, it counts again.
After a payout. Most refunds happen inside the 30 days clearing window. If one comes after you were paid, the amount is taken from your future earnings, and Available to pay out says how much is owed back. If you leave the program with an amount owed back, we may ask you to repay it.
You never pay anything to cover a refund out of pocket while you are earning — it is simply netted from what you earn next.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
