Earns: • Priority Review bought on an application to a job you posted, including the direct-to-team option — the price after any discount. • Queue boosts on a job you posted.
Doesn't earn: • Add-ons an applicant buys with or after Priority Review. • Monthly renewals of a Priority Review plan — they cover the applicant's future applications, not one employer's job. • Anything an employer pays Offerrole, including invoices. • Payments made before the program started counting for you, or while it was switched off for your account or for everyone. • Jobs posted by another account, including a colleague's — each account earns on its own jobs. • Payments that failed or were voided; refunds come off as described in "Refunds, chargebacks and owed back".
A single Priority Review purchase covers the applicant's applications for 30 days, but it is one payment, so it earns once — for the job it was bought on.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
