The Source Unlimited talent network is an opt-in pool of candidates who've chosen to be discoverable by our recruiters. You grant specific consents, see exactly what we extract, and can revoke or delete any time. No third-party enrichment, no data brokerage, no protected-class inference.
These aren't features we haven't built yet. They're design boundaries enforced at the schema, prompt, and database level.
Every purpose has its own consent toggle. Required processing is limited to what’s needed to evaluate your application; everything else is genuinely optional and independently revocable.
Every grant and revocation is written to an append-only, hash-chained ledger. You can request the full record of what you were shown and when.
Claude reads your resume and normalizes it into structured fields. It does not infer race, religion, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected attribute. Those fields do not exist in our schema.
You can withdraw at any time. When you do, your resume, structured profile, and uploaded files are removed. The ledger keeps a tombstone entry proving the erasure happened, nothing more.
Upload your resume and optional cover letter. Pick which consents you grant.
Every field in your profile is tagged as declared or extracted, with a confidence score.
Revoke any consent, download your ledger, or delete your data at any time.
Two minutes. You control every toggle.
