Priority Review is something applicants choose to buy from Offerrole, for themselves, after they apply. It puts their application on the priority shortlist your team sees, labelled so you know why it is there. A queue boost, bought on the Priority Review step, moves an application to the top of that shortlist.
Neither one changes the application's match score, the applicant's qualifications or anything about your job's requirements. Who you interview and hire must rest on the person's fit for the job — a purchase must never decide it.
You earn a share of these purchases through the Earnings Program, which is exactly why the rules are strict: never mention, suggest or reward buying (see "The rules that protect applicants"). More on what paid visibility changes: /help/e-transparency-sponsored.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
