Earn a share when applicants choose Priority Review.
Offerrole is free to use. On top of that, when an applicant to one of your jobs buys Priority Review or a queue boost, you earn 22% of what they paid, after refunds — paid monthly.
- 22%
- of what applicants pay for Priority Review and queue boosts on your jobs, after refunds
- 30 days
- for each amount to clear — room for refunds and chargebacks before money moves
- $50
- minimum payout. Request it from your dashboard and we pay monthly
Four steps, and only the last one is yours.
- 01
Hire the way you already do
Post jobs and review applicants as usual. There is nothing to switch on: every employer account takes part by default.
- 02
An applicant chooses Priority Review
Priority Review and queue boosts are optional services applicants buy from us, for themselves, on an application to your job.
- 03
Your 22% is recorded
22% of what they paid, after any discount, appears on your My earnings page. It clears 30 days later — room for refunds and chargebacks.
- 04
Ask for a payout
Once $50 has cleared, request a payout. Accept the terms, file a W-9 and say where to send it the first time; we pay requests monthly.
What earns
- Priority Review bought on an application to a job you posted, including the direct-to-team option — the price after any discount.
- Queue boosts on a job you posted.
- At the share in force when the payment is recorded. A later change never touches it.
What doesn't
- Add-ons, and monthly renewals of a Priority Review plan (they cover the applicant's future applications, not your job).
- Anything an employer pays Offerrole, including invoices.
- Payments before the program started counting for you, or while it was switched off.
- Jobs posted by another account, and payments that failed, were voided or refunded.
Three things, once, before your first payout.
Everything happens on your My earnings page, which shows what is available, what is still clearing, what you have been paid, and every payment that earned — by date, job and amount, never who paid.
- 1Accept the program terms
Type your name to sign the Earnings Program Terms. A new version asks you again before your next payout.
- 2File a W-9
Your business details and taxpayer number. The number is encrypted, and only its last four digits are ever shown back to you.
- 3Say where to send it
A U.S. bank account (ACH), PayPal, or a mailing address for a check. We email you whenever these details change.
Buying is always the applicant's own choice.
The program only works if applicants can trust it. Breaking these rules can cost the earnings connected with it and your place in the program.
- Never ask, encourage, pressure or reward an applicant to buy Priority Review, a boost or anything else — and never promote them.
- Never let a purchase decide who is interviewed, hired or rejected. The outcome rests on fit for the job.
- Never charge applicants anything, or tell them paying improves their chances beyond what we say it does.
- No jobs that aren’t real, no recruited or invented applicants, and no buying services yourself to earn.
Every question, its own answer.
- The Earnings Program: what it is
When an applicant to one of your jobs buys Priority Review or a queue boost, you earn 22% of what they paid, after refunds. It is on for every employer by default and paid monthly.
- Do I need to join? It is on by default
No sign-up. Every employer account takes part from the day the program starts counting for it; paperwork is only needed before your first payout.
- How your 22% is worked out
22% of what the applicant paid for Priority Review or a boost, after any discount, rounded to the cent — at the share in force when the payment was recorded.
- What earns, and what doesn’t
Priority Review and queue boosts on jobs you posted earn. Add-ons, plan renewals, invoices, and anything paid while earnings were off do not.
- Priority Review, seen from your side
An optional service applicants buy from us. It moves their application up your review queue and labels it — it never changes the match score.
- Clearing: why earnings wait 30 days
Each amount is "Clearing" for 30 days after the applicant's payment, then becomes available. The wait leaves room for refunds and chargebacks.
