Offerrole is free to use. The Earnings Program is an extra on top: when an applicant to a job you posted buys Priority Review or a queue boost — optional services applicants buy from us, for themselves — you earn 22% of what they paid, after any discount and minus refunds.
There is nothing to sign up for. Every employer account takes part by default; your earnings appear on My earnings (/admin/my-earnings, under Insights in the console sidebar), and each amount clears 30 days after the payment. Once $50 has cleared you can ask for a payout, and we pay requests monthly.
Before your first payout, and only once: accept the program terms, add a W-9, and tell us where to send the money.
The rule that matters most: buying is always the applicant's own choice. Never ask, encourage or reward anyone to buy, and never let a purchase decide who you interview or hire.

Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
