What does applicant-paid visibility actually change?
Ordering and labeling only — never match scores, qualifications, or your hiring requirements.
Applicants can pay for Priority Review, which pins their application higher in your lists and labels it as sponsored.
It does not change their match score, their qualifications, or anything about your job's requirements. You always see the same underlying data for every candidate, and the sponsored label makes the ordering effect explicit. Full policy: /transparency.
