The Audience Manager is built on top of the same consent ledger and MIN_N=5 suppression that powers our public partner API. Same model, different surface.
You cannot see name, email, or profile for a candidate unless they have already applied to your job or are in your import batch with attestation.
MIN_N=5 suppression enforced at the SQL HAVING clause. The label itself is suppressed, not just the count — because tiny labels can be identifying.
Candidates with do_not_sell_or_share_at set, GPC signal honored, or a pending deletion request are unconditionally excluded from every count.
Race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation — these fields do not exist in our hiring schema, so they cannot appear in any audience filter or chart.
Look-alike search returns aggregate cohort labels with overlap and lift scores. It does not return a list of "similar candidates" — even when overlap is high, the identifiers stay private.
