For each payment that earns, your share is 22% of what the applicant paid, worked out per payment and rounded to the cent.
Priority Review: the price of Priority Review itself — including the direct-to-team option — after any discount the applicant used. Add-ons bought with it are left out. Example: on your job an applicant pays $50 — $40 for Priority Review and $10 for an add-on → $40 earns → your share is $8.80.
Queue boosts: what the applicant paid for the boost.
The share is frozen per payment. Each payment keeps the share that applied when it was recorded in your earnings. If the share ever changes (always with 30 days' notice), earlier payments are untouched.
Refunds and chargebacks come off afterwards — see "Refunds, chargebacks and owed back". There is no promise of any amount: what you earn depends entirely on choices applicants make for themselves.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
