Your applicants. Someone who applies to your job agreed, by applying, to that employer seeing their name, e-mail, resume and cover letter. So your Applicants lists show name and e-mail in the clear. If the candidate also allowed resume understanding, you see a short profile summary too — current role, location, years of experience.
Résumés and cover letters. They open in the page as the files the candidate sent — PDFs in your browser's viewer, Word files as a download. Each time one is opened, it is recorded in the audit log, because these documents carry contact details.
The wider network. With Talent network access you see the people in the network who chose to be discoverable. Their e-mail stays masked until you unmask them — you give a reason, and each unmask is logged. From November 25, 2026 their names show too (until then, names are masked as well). Without Talent network access the network stays masked: on a job's Matches tab you see that a match exists and which skills matched, not who it is.
Exports. When you export applicants, every row is re-checked against the candidate's consent at that moment, so someone who withdrew is left out without anyone having to remember.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
