Can I export candidate data?
Yes, with audit logging. Exports are limited to candidates who consented to data export.
Yes. From /admin/cohorts/export you can export structured candidate data as CSV or JSON.
Two important constraints: (1) only candidates who explicitly consented to data export appear in the result, and (2) every export is recorded in the audit log with your account, the cohort definition, and the row count.
Sensitive fields (full address, phone) require an additional unmask audit step before export.
