How do I search the talent network?
From /admin/cohorts. Filter by skill, experience level, location, or seniority.
Visit /admin/cohorts. Build a cohort by combining filters — required skills, optional skills, experience range, location, work authorization, salary expectation.
The cohort view shows redacted profiles. Reaching out to specific candidates requires explicit candidate-side consent (you send a message; they accept and unmask their contact info).
Cohorts persist — re-open them later to see who's joined the network since.
