My Priority Review submission failed with an error.
Take a screenshot, note the error text, and email support.
If submission failed: don't resubmit yet — your card was not charged (submission is a single transaction and partial failures don't leave half-state behind). Take a screenshot of the error message. Note the time and the browser you were using. Email support@sourcehire.app with the screenshot.
Most submission errors are one of: card declined (issuer side, not us), address validation failure (we can't normalize the address), browser session timeout (sign in fresh), or a temporary database hiccup.
