I subscribed but didn't get a confirmation email.
Check spam, verify the email is correct, and refresh /applicant.
If you completed a subscription and didn't receive the confirmation: check spam/junk for an email from sourcehire.app. Sign in to /applicant — the subscription should appear in your dashboard's Subscription tile regardless of whether the email arrived. Check /applicant/subscription — if it shows your locked price + card last 4, your subscription is active and the email is just delayed. Verify the email address on your account is correct.
If those don't help, email support@sourcehire.app with the time of submission.
