I can't log into my account.
Try the password reset flow first. If that fails, contact support.
Step-by-step: make sure you're on /applicant/login (not /admin/login — recruiter login is separate). Try the "Forgot password" link. If you get the reset email but it says "no account", verify the email address. If you used a one-time access link to manage data at /apply/me, that doesn't create an account; sign up at /applicant/signup instead. Disable browser extensions that block cookies.
If still stuck, email support@sourcehire.app with the email you're trying to sign in with.
