My card was declined. What now?
Try a different card or contact your bank. We don't see why it declined.
When your card is declined, we only see "decline" — we do NOT see the reason. The reason is between your bank and the merchant terminal.
Common causes: insufficient funds; fraud-prevention auto-decline (banks flag new merchant signups); expired card; wrong CVV; billing address mismatch (we cross-check ZIP); a spending block on certain merchant categories; travel/location anomaly flagged.
Easiest fix: try a different card. If both decline, call the number on the back of the card and tell them you're trying to subscribe to SourceHire and want to authorize the charge.
