How do tiers work?

Your tier is set by the size of your talent community — total active opted-in candidates who came through your postings.

Your Source+ tier is determined by the size of your talent community: the count of active candidates who applied to one of your postings AND opted into the SourceHire talent network.

Bronze: 1–100 candidates · $0.15 per qualified app Silver: 101–500 · $0.20 per qualified app Gold: 501–2,000 · $0.25 per qualified app Platinum: 2,000+ · $0.30 per qualified app

Tier upgrades are evaluated nightly. The new rate applies to applications submitted from that night forward — earlier applications in the month keep the rate they were earned at.

Why community size and not just monthly volume: it rewards recruiters who consistently invest in candidate experience over time, not just whoever ran the biggest one-off campaign last month.
