Source+ Earnings is our loyalty program for partner recruiters. Every qualified application your SourceHire job postings attract pays you a cash bounty, drawn from our investment-round partnership budget — not from platform credit.
Rates scale with the size of your talent community (active candidates who applied through your postings and opted into the network):
Bronze (1–100 candidates): $0.15 per qualified application Silver (101–500): $0.20 per qualified application Gold (501–2,000): $0.25 per qualified application Platinum (2,000+): $0.30 per qualified application
There's no signup. Active workspaces are enrolled automatically. Track your earnings, current tier, and payout history at /admin/account/source-plus.
Tax note for US recipients: payouts above $600 in a calendar year are 1099-NEC reportable. We collect a W-9 before issuing your first payment that crosses that threshold.
