What counts as a qualified application?

A candidate who completed the full apply flow — resume + required consents + at least one narrative answer.

An application is "qualified" for Source+ Earnings purposes if all four are true:

(1) The candidate uploaded a resume in an accepted format. (2) The candidate accepted the two required consents (privacy notice + retention policy). (3) The candidate answered at least one of the optional narrative questions. (4) The application wasn't flagged for fraud (we run light heuristics — duplicate emails, throwaway domains, repeat-applicant patterns).

We don't pay for incomplete drafts, candidates flagged as fraud, applications you withdraw within the first 24 hours, or applications from candidates who did not opt into the talent network.

The fraud-review window is 14 days, after which qualified applications post to your dashboard as available earnings.
