How do integrations work?
Direct connectors for major HRIS / ATS / payroll providers + aggregator coverage via Merge and Finch + CSV upload as the universal fallback.
SourceHire ships with 16 built-in connectors across HRIS, ATS, payroll, calendar, video conferencing, and messaging. Each connector reads its credentials from environment variables — we never store your API keys or bank-detail tokens in our database.
Three tiers of integration:
(1) Direct connectors — Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Gusto, ADP, Slack, Zoom. Each has a per-provider env var bundle you set in your hosting environment, then click "Connect" to bind your workspace.
(2) Aggregators — Merge.dev and Finch. One integration unlocks 30+ HRIS / payroll providers behind a unified API. Use these when you don't have direct credentials for the customer's specific system.
(3) CSV upload + export — always available. Drop a candidate or job CSV in /admin/integrations/csv and we'll reconcile via the same canonical adapter the live integrations use.
The integrations gallery at /admin/integrations shows you which are available (env vars set), connected (you've completed the OAuth handshake), or need attention (credentials expired or sync failed).
