How does SourceHire decide who recruiters see?

Three factors: who applied, who fits, and who is a Priority subscriber.

Recruiters see applicants in three ways. First: direct applicants — anyone who applied to their job appears in the per-job applicants list. Second: featured subscribers cross-job — anyone with an active Priority Review subscription whose skill profile matches a recruiter's job appears in a Featured panel at the top, even if they didn't apply. Third: standard candidates — anyone in the talent network who matches a recruiter's filters appears in their search results.

Subscribers float to the top in all three contexts, with priority-tier subscribers above standard priority-flagged above non-priority.
