How do I permanently delete my data?
Self-service at /data-access — verify with your resume file or an identity quiz, and erasure runs immediately.
Go to /data-access and verify that you own the data. Two ways:
1. Re-upload the resume file you applied with — we match it by cryptographic hash. 2. If you no longer have the file, take a short identity quiz built from your own application history.
Once verified, the erasure cascade runs immediately across your applications, profiles, files, and derived data. No support ticket, no waiting period. Note that payment records we're legally required to keep (receipts) are retained with only the minimum fields.
