If you opt in to AI extraction, we parse your resume into structured fields so recruiters can find you faster. Match scores order candidate lists against a job's stated requirements — they never auto-reject. Stage changes (and the emails they trigger) are recruiter-initiated, with the only exception being clearly disclosed timers an employer explicitly enables, like a job's auto-close window.

If you decline AI extraction, your resume is stored and shown to recruiters as-is, and you can still apply to everything.
