Are subscription charges refundable?
No. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded.
Priority Review subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, we stop future charges but you keep priority status until the period you've already paid for runs out.
We do not prorate, partial refund, or pause subscriptions. The reason is that we deliver visibility immediately, every day of the billing period — once the charge is processed, the value has been delivered for that month.
Exception: if you can demonstrate a technical error prevented activation (priority flag was never applied to your applications during a paid period), email support@sourcehire.app and we will investigate and refund the affected period at our discretion.
