How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to /applicant/subscription, click Cancel.
Sign in to your applicant account, then go to /applicant/subscription (or click the Subscription tile from /applicant). You'll see a Cancel button at the bottom of the subscription card.
If your first month's charge has been processed, clicking Cancel opens a small confirmation with an optional "reason" field. Confirming the cancellation: sets your subscription status to cancelled, deletes the encrypted card record from our database, stops all future charges, and leaves priority status active for the remainder of the current paid period.
If your first month's charge has NOT yet been processed, the Cancel button is disabled and you'll see a friendly note: "You can cancel after your first month's charge has been processed."
