Why can't I cancel before my first charge?
It protects both you and us — once payment clears once, you can cancel freely.
When you sign up, we keep your card encrypted on file so the recruiter who runs the manual terminal can process the first charge. If we let you cancel before that first charge processed, you could in theory sign up, get priority status delivered, then cancel before paying.
To prevent that, the Cancel button stays disabled until the first month's payment has been recorded as processed by our team. Once that's done (usually within 24 hours of submission), the Cancel button unlocks and you can cancel anytime.
If you signed up by mistake and want to be removed before any charge runs, email support@sourcehire.app and we'll void the subscription on our side without ever charging you.
