How do I change the card on file?
Email support@sourcehire.app — self-service card swap is on the roadmap.
Right now, changing the card on file is a manual process — email support@sourcehire.app from the email address on your account, and we'll handle the swap for you. We delete the old encrypted card record and ask you to submit the new card via a one-time secure form.
We're building a self-service "change card" flow that will live on /applicant/subscription. Until that ships, the email route is the canonical path.
Cards that expire mid-subscription will trigger a "Charge failed — past due" state on your subscription. Email us when your renewal fails and we can update the card and re-run the charge.
