I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We email a reset link.
On /applicant/login, click "Forgot password" beneath the password field. Enter the email on your account and we'll email a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Open the link, set a new password (minimum 12 characters), and you'll be signed in automatically. The link can be used only once.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, verify you typed the email correctly, and try again. If still no email, contact support@sourcehire.app.
