Can I change the email on my account?
Yes. Go to /applicant/profile and update it; you'll need to verify the new address.
Go to /applicant/profile and edit the email field. We send a verification link to the NEW email; clicking that link confirms the change.
Until verification completes, your account login still works with the old email. Once verified, only the new email logs in.
If you no longer have access to the old email AND the new one, contact support — we can verify identity through your applications history.
