SourceHire Policy Team
Fraud & Reporting Center
Report a suspicious job posting, employer, or recruiter to SourceHire’s policy team. We take these reports seriously and every submission is reviewed by a real person.
How we handle your report
- 1Received (immediately). You’ll get an on-screen confirmation with a reference number the moment your report is submitted. All reports are triaged in the order they’re received.
- 2Under review (within 24–48 hours). A member of SourceHire’s policy team personally reviews your concerns, cross-checks against our internal signals, and investigates the employer’s account, job history, and applicant feedback.
- 3Action taken (as warranted). Where our investigation confirms a policy violation, actions may include — but are not limited to — account cancellation, removal of all associated job postings, refunds to affected applicants, escalation to partner job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor), and referral to relevant regulatory bodies where fraud is suspected.
