The calendar. /admin/calendar shows the interviews you have booked, in your own timezone, by Day, Week (the default), Month or as an Agenda of what's coming. Only your interviews are on it. The address keeps the view and date, so a reload or a shared link opens the same place.
Booking one. Click a free time in the day or week view (or + on a day in the month view, or Schedule interview), search your applicants by name, e-mail or role, and pick a length and how to meet:
Google Workspace adds the event to your Google Calendar with a Meet link and invites the candidate. Zoom creates a meeting for that interview. A pasted room link works immediately, with no sign-in.
The link is created when you book and stored on the interview, so the link on your calendar and the link the candidate has are always the same.
Double-booking. If the time overlaps another of your interviews, the form says which one before you book, and you can still go ahead.
Moving and changing. Drag an interview to another time (or, in the month view, another day), or drag its bottom edge to make it longer or shorter; Undo in the confirmation puts it back. Open an interview to reschedule or edit it, copy its link, mark it done or a no-show, or cancel it. Moving an interview moves the Google Calendar event or Zoom meeting too; if that update fails, the calendar says so and the old time still shows there.
Shortcuts. T today, ← and → previous and next, D, W, M and A for the views, N to book.
The candidate's side. Google invites the candidate to the event itself. Moving the applicant to Interviewing tells them they've reached the interview stage; change the status from the job's Applicants list and you can add a note — your booking link, the time, who they'll meet — that goes in the same e-mail. A job needs an interview schedule link set before anyone can be moved to Interviewing.
Cancelling keeps the interview in your history (turn on Show cancelled to see it) and removes the meeting on Zoom or Google; it does not e-mail the candidate on its own, so tell them yourself.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
