How do I run an EEO report?

From /admin/eeo-report you can generate aggregated demographic reports for your hiring funnel.

Reports show counts by demographic category at each pipeline stage — never individual-level data. Categories with fewer than 10 candidates are suppressed to protect anonymity.

The data feeding these reports comes from the voluntary self-identification form on /apply/thanks. Candidates who skip self-ID don't appear; this is by design.
