Who can see my application?

Only the employer of the job you applied to, plus a small number of SourceHire reviewers for fraud and quality checks.

When you apply to a posted job, that employer's recruiters see your full application.

When you join the talent network without applying to a specific job, employers see a redacted preview (no email, no phone) until they explicitly request to contact you — and you accept.

A small number of SourceHire reviewers can see redacted versions for fraud checks and quality reviews. Every view is recorded in the audit log.
