What information is required to apply?
A resume, your email, and two consents. Everything else is optional.
The required fields are:
A resume in PDF, DOCX, or TXT format (max 5MB). Your email address. Acceptance of the two required consents (privacy notice + retention policy).
Everything else — cover letter, portfolio, narrative answers, salary expectations, work authorization, demographic self-ID — is optional. Recruiters see exactly what you submitted; nothing is inferred about the fields you skipped.
