I was rejected. Can I get feedback?
Some employers offer feedback, many don't. The talent network keeps you visible for future roles.
Rejection feedback is at the employer's discretion. Some give it freely, many don't (legal teams often advise against it). It's worth asking once, politely.
When you're rejected from a specific job, your talent network profile remains active. The employer can see you again if a future role matches. So can other employers.
