Yes — the subscriber Terms of Service include a binding arbitration clause for any dispute related to your subscription, billing, or use of paid features.
Important carve-outs: small claims is allowed (you can take any subscription dispute to small-claims court in your jurisdiction instead of arbitration if it qualifies); you have a 30-day opt-out window (email support@sourcehire.app with subject "Arbitration opt-out"); injunctive relief is preserved (either side can seek emergency injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or sensitive data).
Arbitration would be conducted under JAMS rules in the jurisdiction your account is registered in. There is no class-action arbitration.
