Yes. Every employer on SourceHire is verified before they can post a single job.

Verification is a manual review our team performs off-platform, as a precondition of access — not an automated check, and not something an employer can skip. We confirm the posting entity is a real organization and that the person we grant access to is authorized to recruit on its behalf. Because it happens before an employer can post, every live job you see comes from a verified employer.
