What if I think a charge is wrong?
Email support first. Only escalate to a chargeback if we can't resolve it.
If you see a charge you don't recognize or think is incorrect, email support@sourcehire.app FIRST. We can investigate, refund if appropriate, and explain the charge.
Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first is grounds for immediate account suspension. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and time, and the vast majority of disputed charges turn out to be valid.
If we can't resolve a legitimate dispute within 7 business days, only then escalate to your bank. We'll work with you in good faith.
