1. Summary
This Subscriber Agreement governs the Priority Review subscription for applicants on Offerrole. It is a separate document from the Terms of Service, which govern employer accounts. Where the two conflict on anything to do with your subscription, this document controls.
You are a consumer buying a recurring service. Nothing in this agreement removes a right you have under consumer law in the place you live, and where a term here is unenforceable there, it does not apply to you.
2. What Priority Review Is
While your subscription is active, applications you submit to qualifying roles are flagged for Priority Review automatically. You do not need to re-purchase or select the option again on each application.
3. Enrolling and What You Authorise
You enrol by choosing Priority Review during an application and entering a payment card. By completing that step you authorise Offerrole to charge that card the monthly amount shown to you at the time, each month, until you cancel.
- The price is shown before you enter your card, and the amount charged is the amount shown.
- The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. It does not expire on its own.
- You must be the cardholder, or have the cardholder's permission to use the card.
4. Price and Price Lock
The monthly price agreed when you enrol is fixed for the life of that subscription. We do not raise it. If we change pricing for new subscribers, your price is unaffected for as long as your subscription stays active.
If you cancel and later subscribe again, the new subscription is at the price offered at that time, which may be higher or lower.
5. How and When You Are Charged
Charges are made to the card you provided, on a monthly cycle starting from the date you enrolled. Your subscription page shows the date of the next scheduled charge and every charge already made.
Charges appear on your statement as SOURCEHIRE*OFFERROLE. If you do not recognise a charge, the helpline for billing questions is 650-603-3305.
Some charges are processed manually by our team rather than automatically. This means the date a charge reaches your statement may be a little later than the scheduled date shown. The amount does not change.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, including before your first charge has been processed, from your subscription page. Cancelling takes effect immediately. You do not have to contact anyone, give a reason, or wait for a billing period to end.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund a charge already made — see the next section.
You can also cancel from the link in any payment receipt we email you, without signing in.
7. Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. If you believe a charge was made in error — a charge after you cancelled, a duplicate, an amount that does not match what you were shown, or a charge you did not authorise — contact us on 650-603-3305 and we will investigate and correct it.
8. Failed Payments
If a monthly charge fails — an expired card, insufficient funds, or a decline by your bank — the subscription is marked past due. We may attempt the charge again. Priority Review may stop applying to new applications while a subscription is past due.
We will not add fees or interest to a failed payment.
9. Your Card Details
Your card is stored encrypted so the monthly charge can be made. We do not display the full number back to you or to our staff; the subscription page shows only the last four digits and the expiry.
- When you cancel, the stored card for that subscription is deleted immediately.
- Card details held against an individual payment are deleted on a retention schedule after that payment is processed.
- If you tell us to stop charging a card, we record that instruction against the card and your email address, and it blocks future charges even if the card is entered again later.
10. Changes to This Agreement
If we change this agreement, the version number and effective date at the top of this page change with it, and previous versions remain available.
A change that affects what you pay, when you are charged, or how you cancel does not apply to you unless you accept it. If you subscribed under an earlier version, you stay on that version until you affirmatively accept the new one. Declining does not cancel your subscription and does not change your price.
Applicants who subscribed before this document was first published are governed by the terms disclosed to them in the purchase flow at the time they enrolled, and are asked to accept version 1.0 at their next sign-in.
If you subscribed on or before 14 July 2026, those are the subscription-era terms, kept available at /help/priority-review/v1. Your payment receipts link to the same page, so the terms you see are always the ones in force when you paid.
11. Questions, Disputes and Chargebacks
If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us first on 650-603-3305. We would rather fix a billing mistake directly than have you spend time disputing it with your bank, and you are more likely to get a faster answer from us.
Contacting us is not a precondition to exercising any right you have with your card issuer. You can raise a dispute with your bank at any time.
Dispute resolution, including arbitration and any applicable exceptions and opt-out rights, is described in the Arbitration Agreement and in §21 of the Terms of Service.
