Each consent is recorded individually in our ledger with a timestamp and policy version. You can withdraw any optional consent at any time from your candidate dashboard. Withdrawing a required consent means we can no longer process your application — we'll delete your data on request.

Use Anthropic Claude to normalize my resume into structured fields.
I agree that SourceHire may send the text of my resume and cover letter to Anthropic Claude for the purpose of extracting structured, hiring-relevant fields (e.g., work history, education, skills, certifications). I understand this is the only third-party processor used in extraction, and that Anthropic operates as a processor under SourceHire’s instructions. My data will not be used to train Anthropic’s models.

I agree that SourceHire may extract additional professional-profile signals from the materials I have already provided — for example, portfolio and GitHub links I included, publications or conference talks I listed, and certifications I claimed. Extraction is limited to information I wrote in my resume and cover letter; no third-party services are queried unless I separately enable a named verification provider in the future.
Add me to the College Plus program for students and recent grads.
I agree to enroll in SourceHire’s College Plus program. I understand this program is intended for current students and graduates within the last 3 years, and that it may include: free access to career-prep materials, optional recruiter introductions for entry-level roles, and event/workshop notifications. Recruiters who use the program may see my structured profile and the goals I shared in the survey, but they cannot see my self-identification (EEO) data or any data I have not separately consented to share.
