The Role
We are looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships to define and own the alliances strategy that drives revenue and market expansion. You will source, structure, and close high-value partnerships, build a partner ecosystem, and align internal teams around joint go-to-market plays.
What You’ll Do
● Partnership Strategy: Define and own the strategic partnerships and alliances strategy tied to revenue and market goals.
● Deal-Making: Source, structure, and negotiate high-value partnership and co-sell agreements.
● Ecosystem: Build a partner ecosystem across technology, channel, and strategic alliances.
● Revenue: Drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
● Cross-Functional: Align product, sales, and marketing around joint go-to-market plays.
● Governance: Manage partner performance, QBRs, and executive relationship health.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances, with 4+ years in leadership.
● Deal Track Record: Proven success structuring and closing complex, high-value partnerships.
● Revenue Impact: Demonstrated partner-driven revenue growth.
● Executive Relationships: Ability to build C-level relationships across partner organizations.
● Cross-Functional: Skilled at aligning internal teams around joint GTM.
● Communication: Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA a plus.
Bonus Points
● Ecosystem: Experience building a partner/channel ecosystem from early stage.
● Industry: Relevant sector relationships in the client's markets.
● Global: International partnership experience.
● Technical: Ability to navigate technical co-sell / integration partnerships.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $375,000 to $450,000 with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
