The Role
We are looking for a VP of Brand & Creative Strategy to own brand positioning, creative direction, and brand equity across every touchpoint. You will lead brand, design, and creative teams, direct high-impact campaigns, and ensure a consistent, distinctive brand expression.
What You’ll Do
● Brand Strategy: Own the brand strategy, positioning, and architecture across all touchpoints.
● Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision and ensure a consistent, distinctive brand expression.
● Team Leadership: Build and lead brand, design, and creative teams (in-house and agency).
● Campaigns: Direct brand campaigns that build awareness, affinity, and equity.
● Governance: Own brand guidelines and steward brand consistency across the organization.
● Measurement: Track brand health and creative effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 10+ years in brand / creative, with 4+ years in leadership.
● Brand Building: Proven track record building and evolving brands.
● Creative Leadership: Strong creative judgment and the ability to lead designers and storytellers.
● Strategy: Ability to connect brand to business strategy and measurable outcomes.
● Team Building: Experience leading in-house and agency teams.
● Communication: Exceptional storytelling and executive presence.
● Education: Bachelor's in marketing, design, or related.
Bonus Points
● Rebrand: Experience leading a rebrand or brand relaunch.
● Agency: Agency-side creative leadership background.
● Industry: Brand work in the client's markets.
● Digital: Strong digital / social brand fluency.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $550,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
