About the role
We are looking for a Technical Consultant with outstanding English communication and solid technical knowledge to represent U.S. developer profiles in client-facing settings.
This is not a coding role, but a strategic consulting position where your main goal is to attend interviews and meetings on behalf of a provided developer profile, secure the job, and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our team.
Responsibilities
-Represent assigned developer profiles in client interviews, stand-ups, and sprint calls.
-Maintain confidentiality and never disclose your personal details.
-Communicate technical expertise clearly to win client trust and secure opportunities.
-Act as the bridge between clients and our development team once a project is secured.
-Focus on securing opportunities, as your earnings will grow with every success
Qualifications
-Native English Speaker
-Senior Fullstack Engineer with 8+ years of experiences in software development.
