The Role
We are seeking a creative and meticulous Senior Videographer to lead high-quality video production across marketing, product, and client-facing initiatives. Whether you’re a seasoned storyteller with a keen eye for composition or a skilled editor optimizing for engagement, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and supporting client engagements. You’ll own end-to-end video production, from concept through delivery, and collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to produce video content that informs, inspires, and converts.
What You’ll Do
• Build & Solve
• Conceptualize and storyboard video concepts that align with business goals and audience needs.
• Plan shoots, create shot lists, and oversee production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality video.
• Shoot and edit a range of formats ( promos, tutorials, case studies, event coverage, social media clips, long-form content) with attention to lighting, framing, audio quality, and visual storytelling.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional production efforts, coordinating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to understand objectives and deliver compelling visuals.
• Mentor junior videographers, editors, and production interns; establish workflows that ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for video style, tone, and motion principles; contribute to scriptwriting and on-camera talent direction when needed.
Quality, Speed & Excellence
• Ensure polished, publication-ready content with strong narrative arc, clear messaging, and optimized pacing.
• Manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously, maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
• Implement best practices for post-production, color grading, audio mixing, captioning, and accessibility.
People & Mentorship
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing video team or studio partner network; foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and psychological safety.
• Promote remote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and career development for team members.
Governance & Risk
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, privacy, and rights management; secure release forms and proper licensing for all assets.
• Address accessibility and inclusivity considerations in video content (captions, audio descriptions where appropriate).
What We’re Looking For
Experience
6+ years of professional videography, production, or related experience, with a strong portfolio across marketing, product, and event contexts.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end video projects from concept to delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Aptitude
Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment; strong eye for composition and storytelling.
Expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (After Effects).
Experience with color grading, audio post-production, and video optimization for multiple platforms (web, social, TV).
Familiarity with shot lists, storyboarding, and pre-production planning; knowledge of mograph and simple 3D assets a plus.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical production details into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable directing on-camera talent and collaborating with subject matter experts.
