About the role
Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred / Global Opportunity)
Compensation: Profit Sharing / Competitive Earnings Potential ($4K - $20K monthly)
We are looking for experienced Senior Technical Consultants / Full Stack Engineers to work directly with U.S.-based clients across multiple software projects. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on development work with client-facing communication responsibilities.
Along with contributing technically across frontend, backend, and cloud-based systems, you will participate in client meetings, technical interviews, stand-ups, and project discussions while helping build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for engineers who are both technically capable and comfortable communicating in professional client environments.
Responsibilities
Contribute to full stack application development and project delivery
Participate in technical interviews, client meetings, and team discussions
Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients
Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development cycles
Support project growth through strong technical and communication skills
Qualifications
Professional experience in full stack software development
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in technical discussions and client-facing conversations
Ability to work independently in remote environments
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Tech Stack
At least one of modern stacks like Node.js, FastAPI, .NET, Java
