Senior Software Engineer II

We are seeking an innovative and driven Senior Lead Software Engineer to spearhead our core engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision, guiding high-performing developers and architecting scalable, resilient cloud-native systems.

Technical Leadership: Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex distributed systems and core platform services. Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of talented software engineers through code reviews, pairing, and structured feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, UX, and QA to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and robust solutions. Code Excellence: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, focusing on performance, automated testing, security, and clean code principles. Scalability & Reliability: Drive cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency.
