🛠️ What You’ll Do As the senior technical voice on accounts, you will: 📞 Join client video calls (discovery, strategy, roadmap, executive sessions) 🧭 Lead technical strategy and clarify product goals 🤝 Support CTO in account leadership and communication alignment 🏗️ Shape architecture decisions (stack, build-vs-buy, integrations, scalability, security) 🧾 Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and milestones ⏱️ Set delivery expectations (timelines, risks, blockers) ⚖️ Drive trade-off conversations with stakeholders 📝 Produce clear documentation (notes, decisions, status updates) 📈 Improve delivery processes (lightweight, no bureaucracy) 🚀 Identify expansion opportunities (AI, performance, security, analytics) 💬 Build long-term trust with key stakeholders

🔍 What We’re Looking For 🗣️ Native-level English (spoken & written) 👨‍💻 5+ years experience (Senior Engineer / Tech Lead) ⚡ Hands-on with modern web, mobile, and AI stacks 🧩 Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, scalability, trade-offs 🎯 Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders ⏰ Comfortable with US time zones 🇺🇸 📌 Highly organized and reliable 🏠 Comfortable working fully remote with minimal supervision ⭐ Nice-to-Have 🇺🇸 Experience with US-based clients 💼 Background in consulting / pre-sales / customer success 💳 FinTech, eCommerce, or AI product experience 🔐 Familiarity with SOC 2 / compliance / security standards
