The Role
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to be the analytical engine behind the growth team. You will build the reporting, run the experiments, and surface the insights that guide channel and lifecycle investment across the funnel.
What You’ll Do
● Analytics: Build and own growth reporting, dashboards, and funnel analytics.
● Experimentation: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments.
● Attribution: Own attribution and channel-performance analysis to guide spend.
● Insights: Surface actionable insights that shape acquisition and lifecycle strategy.
● Data Hygiene: Ensure data accuracy and tracking across marketing systems.
● Collaboration: Partner with growth, product, and data teams on shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 4+ years in marketing analytics, growth, or a quantitative role.
● Analytical: Strong analytical skills with SQL and spreadsheet mastery.
● Experimentation: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
● Attribution: Understanding of multi-channel attribution and funnel metrics.
● Tools: Fluency with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker/Tableau).
● Communication: Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
● Education: Bachelor's in a quantitative field.
Bonus Points
● Technical: Python / R for analysis.
● Product Analytics: Experience with product-analytics platforms.
● Modeling: Experience with predictive or cohort modeling.
● Industry: Analytics experience in the client's markets.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $245,000 to $260,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
