This is not a coding role, but a strategic consulting position where your main goal is to attend interviews and meetings on behalf of a provided developer profile, secure the job, and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our team. Key Responsibilities 🎤 Represent assigned developer profiles in client interviews, stand-ups, and sprint calls. 🔒 Maintain confidentiality and never disclose your personal details. 💡 Communicate technical expertise clearly to win client trust and secure opportunities. 🤝 Act as the bridge between clients and our development team once a project is secured. 📈 Focus on securing opportunities, as your earnings will grow with every success. Two Work Options After Securing a Job If you secure a job, you can choose between two ways of contributing: 1. Meetings Only – Attend meetings and act as the communication bridge, while our developer handles the project work. 2. Full Ownership – Manage both the meetings and the project delivery yourself Both options are perfectly fine, and you can choose whichever fits you best. The compensation percentage will simply differ depending on your choice.
